An American Tradition!!!

Aw yesterday was fun, we played beer pong on the demand from Daniel that he wanted to show us how the enjoy beer in America. I had never played it before and with a feeling of that I would be kind of bad on it with the result of being drunk for that reason the gamed begun. I played with Daniel the first game, we played against the Canadians. It was an even game and when there only was one cup left I managed to sink the ball in the last cup but the cup decided to fall down to the ground so it is still not clear if we won or not. And then all of sudden of course some security guards showed up and told us that we were NOT allowed to play and drink alcohol in the school aren, Baaad so we had to stop the game. Continued with finishing the beers on the ADM building instead.

Beer on top of ADM is always nice

But this was so fun, even do we did not play on exactly the correct way it was fun. For example we only had 6 cups a time when you should have 10 bigger ones. So thanx for this new experience Daniel, gonna practise this more in Sweden...

Playing Beer Pong

Awwww I really dont feel for goin back home to Sweden, just starts to feel so comfortable here and with the knowledge of that their is one month left in school really gets me on bad mood. I know that if I afford it I gonna travel more then one month after school but this have started to feels so good here. Aw and when you talk to people home they really inform you how the situation is back home, I surfed the web today and found out that they expects snow back home this weekend. Haha here is there no chance for snow at all. But I do miss some snow...

The expected weather in Sweden now

Lazy updates..

Well have had kind of alot to do in school and my updates will suffer from that..

The latest weeks I have been doin some fun stuff to, you need it once in a while when there are more and more in school.

Put the school work is okay, I cant complain on it, compared to other students my studies aint that much, I have had a quiz in Probability and Statistics this week, and before the quiz they told us that the quiz will be based on the tutorials we have had. So I did study on them, but before the test there where two Questions in the tutorials I really not did understand. Tried to get a grip of them but since they seemed to be difficult my mind was that they never take these on the quiz...

I had so damn wrong, I felt like a understand the most of the tutorial questíons before the quiz but when i wrote the quiz I honestly felt damn stupid. And of course, one of the questions i did not understand was on the quiz. Damn, and the quiz was only two bigger questions and this was one of them. So I dont expect any good results from this quiz at all, but hey.. Im lucky I only need to pass...

And this week have also been a whole new experience for me, Have been holding a presentation in front of the class in english for the first time ever. I had not prepared what i was gonna say except for some ppt slides that was a guideline through my presentation..People that know me knows that I rather improvise my speaking. But it all went out allright, I am satisfied with my presentation. It is ashame that i dont have any more presentations to do. I do have one, but that is in chinese and should be a presentation of myself in 5min.. ehhm lets see how that goes!

And all the crazy fun i have been doin will be comin, have to find some good pics to show cause i have not taken any of em..

Wakeboarding is fun!

Last night was a real fun night, I only had one lecture on the whole day and that one was of course in the middle of the afternoon. So the whole day the sun was shining and I where sitting inside and studied some chinese. Trying to be ahead the schedule in it so I have more time over for my other subjects when the Quizes come in about two weeks. So I did that felt real bad being inside when the sun was shining but, it was good cause i got alot of stuff done.

Then I went to my class which was not the most interesting class ever but I feel that I need to go anyway. On some matter they lecturer notice your attendance so it is really good to attend all classes. After the lecture my roomie called, he and a couple of other exchange student where gonna go and try some wakeboarding. I did not have any other plans so hey, hell yeah I wanna go.

A little freighted cause i never really tried snowboarding, and they say it is easier if you have done that. But hey, im a fast learner so lets just give it some attempts. I have tried some kneeboarding before but that like not even compareable.

The place was a cable circuit so you just start from one spot and then go around and round, usually you go wakeboardning after a boat and I guess thats more fun. But this place have open until 12pm and thats nice. On the circuit they have some jumps and stuff that looks pretty dangerous for a newbie...

The first attempt I did not get that far, but att least it was close to swim in and give it a new try, it sort of took me three attempts to get to the same point before I made some progress with it and came further and further, my goal of the night was to come around whole circuit and in the last run for the day i did it. So happy with that performance and pretty damn sure I am gonna try this again we went for some food and a beer after this before we tired and exhausted decided to go home.

I did manage to capture some pics of those guys who have been doin this way lot more then I have. Enjoy.

Singapore GP... Be a part of History

This was freakin awsome.. For 108 Singalingading dollars (540kr) I got to witness the first nightrace in Formula 1 ever... And of course Singapores first grand prix!

I made a clip that almost cover my feelings standing a couple of meters from the high speeding cars, you felt it in the chest when they started accelerate! It was kind of hard knowing who was leading the race and what happened cause they where driving so fast... So sometimes their is easier to follow it on a TV.

But just the feeling and the sound of their machines was awsome... well watch and enjoy!

Pattaya is dirty... No doubts

So after havin been measured and all by the tailor we had decided to go for the closest possible beach to get that tan you dont seem to get here in Singa... I feel as white as a unwritten paper!

So after some quick research we found that the closest beach was Pattaya, two hours with cab and we should be on the beach.. tryed to find something about it before we went their and found some information of that there might be some bar streets with hookers.. But hey we wanted some beach and sun, cant be that dangerous?

So after the tailor we managed to catch a cab that would take us to Pattaya, but they did of course not wanna take us their by charging us with meter. He said a price and we said yes, and then he started drivin like a maniac.. I dont think we ever speeded underneat 130km/h..

One and a half hour later we where at Pattaya, got of by the beach and started to struggle for finding a nice and cheap place to live... Walked up the first street from the beach, found a place immedietly but it seemed a little to expensive for us, so we struggled furter on... decided to go back towards the beach and walk along it, took the first street we found to get there and all of sudden it felt like thousands of crazy thai hookers were yelling at us "Hey sexy man.." even do we walked in the middle of the street and did aint even look at them they came towards us all the time almost attacking us. But we survived and decided to never walk on that street again..

After that we found a real nice living at Twin Palms resort, leaved our stuff and went to the beach... We stayed in Pattaya 3 nights an under that time we experince alot of strange things..
Well see the pics..
Hollywood inspired...

Just tired on work...

Hard rock hotel

Bangkok.. Was crazy and fun! Part1

Oooh what a week, more experience in life.. went too Bangkok for the recess week..

The only goal for the trip for me and my roomie Martin was too get of this small little island and get some other things in our minds then school work..
All we wanted was some sun, a beach and just doin nothing important..
None of us had been thailand before so we decided to get to bangkok for a couple of days and then go to closest beach to get a sunburn and just relax..
Got to Bangkok in the middle of the night, had no place too stay on but Martin had an old friend studying in Bangkok so we meet up with him outside the police station close to khao san road..
Khao san road is most known as the place where all the turists in form of backpackers hangout..

Khao San Road, Tourists and crazy wiring..

Well his friend took us of Khao San road and we walked for a while towards a place he had heard should be good.. Few minutes later after saying NO to at least five tuc tuc drivers we where at the place called "Wild orchide villa", this place was just what we wanted.. it was nice and cheap!

I think I meet them all, they where everywhere.. Hey friend

We leaved our stuff and got back to khao san for some beers.. then we went home and called it a day..

The next morning we meet up with his friend that showed us the best breakfeast place ever, I have been wanting a real breakfeast since i got here cause all the eat here is this toasts with butter and kaya, but now I finally got a good breakfeast!

After that we took a cab, went to a real good tailor that have been reviewed in vouge magazin as asias best tailor, got inside and meet one own the owners bobby, he asked where we where from.. Answer was sweden then he said"välkomna, här har ni näven".. funny guy, bg white beard and always checking all the suit the where tryed out in his shop.. we had been offered suits everywhere on khao san of people that tried to trow us in to their shops but not utside Rajas fashion as it was called.. They did not need it, people came there anyway and that for me is an assurance that the tailor is a real good one.. while we where there there was probably 4-6 other customers in the shop and some of them had been there before cause Bobby always tries to remember something from his customers so he know their names, thats sick in a good way!

There will be more updates comin up..
